January Recap.

Woah Nelly. January has come and gone already.  What a busy month to kick off 2025.  Here’s what happened.

 To start, that new recording I began the year with is complete and I just got the shiny new master. It sounds soooooo good and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

 That ties right into the second thing.  After years 15 years of touring and recording with all the various bands and friends I play music with, I’ve decided it’s time to really shine a spotlight on my own material.  I am going to record one more song in the next month or so, combine with the one from January as well as the one I recorded last year and release my debut solo E.P. this Spring.

 I am beyond excited :). 

 From there, I’ve been busy applying to indie and folk festivals all over Canada (and even one in the UK) to tie into the release of my E.P.  I’ve even booked my first solo show in a while at The Yard in south Vancouver for March 1. I’ll post more details about that shortly so just mark it down in your calendars for now.

And there we have it!  January’s done and February is shaping up to be just as busy.
